Jake started dreaming of owning a pizzeria when he was 15 years old.  Jake and Chelsie grew up in central Pennsylvania, where Jake's family owns a pizzeria very similar to ANY Pizzeria.

Jake started working in pizzerias when he was 15, a few years before his family bought theirs.  When Jake graduated high school, he worked at his family's pizzeria for two years before deciding to head to the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Pittsburgh, PA.  The original goal was for him to do the chef thing and bring what he learned back to his parents, but things changed and he received a great opportunity to work at Oakmont Country Club in the management side of hospitality.  In turn, that brought him an opportunity to work in Southwest Florida at The Club at Mediterra for six and a half years before starting to pursue his pizzeria owner dream.

On August 13, 2018, Jake's dream came true with the official purchase of ANY Pizzeria (originally as Anthony's NY Pizza).  Since the purchase, the Foltz family has added Lincoln, Ryker, Adalyn, and Beckham to the pizza crew.  We are happy to be part of the Bonita Springs and Estero community and have the continued support!  Thank you for allowing us to do so :)
